Refund policy

All single issues and merchandise are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or cancelations. We accept exchanges on damaged goods only. 

Subscriptions may be canceled for automatic renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. You will receive an email one week before your subscription automatically renews. No refunds will be offered on any previous charges on subscriptions. You may cancel or manage your subscription by clicking the private link in the email sent to you when you subscribed, or by requesting a new link here: Customer Account.

Individual issues within subscription orders are mailed at the frequency of the selected subscription term (one, two, or three years) four times per year. Subscription mailings are managed by our publisher, Johns Hopkins University Press. We cannot guarantee a delivery window on the issues contained within your subscription.

However, if you do not receive your copy for a given issue within forty-five days of publication (Fall: September 1, Winter: December 1, Spring: March 1, Summer: June 1), please write to us at help@yalereviewstore.org, and we will send you a gratis replacement copy.
